Mr. Fuhrman, Principal of Colony Capital, LLC, is responsible for the identification, evaluation, and consummation of new investments. Mr. Fuhrman also serves as the CEO of Colony's Asset Management company, Colony AMC, LLC.

Prior to joining Colony in 2008, Mr. Fuhrman was a partner at Latham & Watkins LLP where he was co-chair of the firm's global real estate practice group. Mr. Fuhrman received his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 1995 and his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1991.

Mr. Fuhrman has also been a periodic guest lecturer at the USC and UCLA law schools on the subject of real estate finance and investing.
