Mr. Fuhrman, Principal of Colony Capital, LLC, is responsible for the identification, evaluation, and consummation of new investments.

Prior to joining Colony in 2008, Mr. Fuhrman was a partner at Latham & Watkins LLP where he was co-chair of the firm's global real estate practice group. Mr. Fuhrman received his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 1995 and his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1991.

Mr. Fuhrman has also been a periodic guest lecturer at the law school at the University of California, Los Angeles on the subject of real estate finance.
