Colony Capital holds 10.28 pct of Accor, becomes main shareholder

US investment fund Colony Capital holds a stake of 10.28 pct in Accor through its Luxembourg subsidiary ColTime, making it the main shareholder in the French hotel group, according to a notice by French regulator AMF today.

The increase in it stake follows from the exercise of convertible Accor shares worth 500 mln eur, raising Colony's share of Accor from 5.6 pct to 10.28 pct.
